NYC
What a beautiful picture... That's what I see every morning when I go to work for the past week. This is where I belong, the city. Not NYC per se, but a city nonetheless. In November alone, I have been in Paris, London, Bruxelles and New York City. I can't get enough of it and every day I work towards making the permanent move. You know what I did today? At lunch, I walked three blocks on Park St and went to L'Express. I had Terrine de foie gras, Rillettes de lapin, salad with mustard vinaigrette, topped off with a glass of Bordeaux. Really? I love the city. I'm here until Sunday and will keep blogging the pics from my phone, but honestly, that's only a glimpse of what life is like among 18 million people coexisting on an island. Amazing. Tomorrow is Black Wednesday, the biggest bar night of the year. Pictures to follow but it should be fun how NYC parties on the best night of the year. I never thought I would say this, I can't wait to go to work tomorrow.

Vacation
Hi all,
I know it's been a while since my last post but I was on vacation/work in Europe. I have lots of pictures to put up. I need to go through them and choose some of the key ones but we got some good ones. So while I was gone something big happened here in the States, the Election. Obama won, with the 6 hour difference (actually 5 since I was in London that day) I didn't find out until the next morning when I woke up. Let's just say that it was just as big over there than it was here. Newstand, newspapers, Obama everywhere! Even though I couldn't vote, I'm happy about the outcome, now let's keep on living and see if the Changes happen. As of today, Hillary might be the Secretary of State... Could things get any better? Now I just need to follow up on my morning podcasts to make sure the PS* goes through as planned in France. Damien, I'm behind you and wish you luck. I'll get back into the routine soon but I'm going to NYC Saturday for a week and a half so no clue how that's going to turn out, I'm taking my laptop with me but either way I have my phone.
Will let you know how the Macy's Parade goes (Sister is in it ;)
